Sunday Sessions are our open-to-all tackling training sessions held in Brentwood, California, designed to help athletes of all experience levels develop safe, effective, and dominant contact skills.
Each session focuses on the three core pillars of elite tackling: Body Position, Strike Timing, and Finishing. Athletes are coached through detailed progressions that emphasize proper technique, confidence in contact, and habits that reduce missed tackles while improving performance on game day.
These sessions provide a high-energy, teaching-focused environment where athletes can sharpen fundamentals, receive hands-on coaching, and apply what they learn through structured drills and competitive situations.

Youth Athletes: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
