About the event
Tackling 101: Elite Edition is not just a camp — it’s an introduction to elite defensive development.
We begin in the classroom, where athletes are taught the Tackling University philosophy and framework. Players will learn how we define great tackling, break down the true components of safe and effective contact, and study real examples of both good and bad tackling. This session builds football IQ, confidence, and a clear mental picture of what elite-level tackling actually requires.
From there, we take the learning to the field — Tackling U style.
Athletes will go through our core fundamental tackling drills that form the foundation of our Elite Training Program. These drills are filmed and reviewed during the session, allowing athletes to see themselves, receive immediate feedback, and make real-time corrections. This accelerates learning, sharpens awareness, and gives players a true taste of how our elite system develops results.
