Learn the Contact Phase of Tackling
This level is all about making controlled and dominant shoulder contact. Students become comfortable with contact while learning foundational components of effective shoulder tackling within a controlled environment. The focus is on shoulder placement, footwork, and timing into contact.
What to Bring:
Cleats, mouthpiece, water bottle, , and a positive attitude.
