About the event
Learn the Pre-Contact Phase of Tackling
It’s time to focus on getting to the ball carrier as quickly as possible. At this level, students learn how to effectively track the ball carrier under control, with the correct leverage and footwork. Here, we focus on closing space using the proper footwork and leverage.
What to Bring:
Running shoes (we will be on an indoor turf), mouthpiece (optional), water bottle, notepad, pen, and a positive attitude.
