Program Overview: Tackling University’s training program is designed to reinforce safe and effective tackling through a combination of on-field instruction, classroom analysis, and individualized assessments.
Program Components:
4-On Field Sessions / 2-Classroom Sessions: We use a combination of on-field drills and classroom instruction to maximize learning .
On Field Sessions will be: May 11th, 18th, 25th & June 8th / Classroom Sessions will be via Zoom
Pre & Post Athlete Tackling Assessments for each athlete, featuring:
Personalized pre- and post-training evaluations to track skill progression.
